Welcome to another round of Meal Plan Monday. I really like having this blog post theme, because it truly keeps me accountable. I normally meal-plan on the weekend, for the entire week, but the past few weekends, I have been so busy, that it’s typically late Sunday night that I plan. BUT, if I don’t do it, then I have nothing to blog about, but also, I won’t have anything to eat! Therefore, it’s very important.
Wednesday: Sour Cream Noodle Bake
Thursday: Pulled Pork
Friday: No Meal Planning
Saturday: No Meal Planning
Sunday: No Meal Planning
As you can see, there are no burgers (pulled pork sandwiches don’t count!) and no grilling involved in this week’s plan. My husband graciously informed me the other day that he’s burnt out on grilling (no pun intended) and he’s burnt out on burgers. I must admit, we have been doing a LOT of both lately. I figured it would be good to take a week off from both!
